With sunny weather in the forecast everyone starts looking for a warm patio to relax on and enjoy a drink.

There are so many to choose from in Whistler that it can be hard to decide where to go. To make it easier we’ve put together a handy guide to our favourite Whistler patios!

Longhorn

This is prime position in summer, front and centre at the bottom of Whistler Mountain. Relax, soak up the sun, and watch the bikers hurtle down the bottom of the hill.

The Longhorn is a locals’ staple and one of the most famous après bars in Whistler. With a newly renovated patio, this is one of the best places to be on a hot day.

Dubh Linn Gate

Just along from the Longhorn is the Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub. Here you will find a great little patio, complete with fire pit to keep you warm after the sun sets. This is another great spot to enjoy watching the bikers come down the mountain and is a common après spot due to its proximity, great food, and good beer!

Brewhouse

One of the most popular patios can be found at the Brewhouse. Located in the centre of the Village, next to the Olympic Rings, this spot is a favourite with locals and tourists alike.

It is blessed with getting sun all the way through the day and into the evening due to its open location. Enjoy people watching on the Village stroll while you catch some rays!

Table Nineteen

Table Nineteen is a universal favourite and is known as “Whistler’s Best Patio”. Located at Nicklaus North Golf Course next to Green Lake, it has some truly incredible views.

Sitting down and taking in the scenery you can see why so many people love this patio. It’s perfect if you want to relax after a round of golf, or just want to get away from the main Village.

Fairmont

The Fairmont patio is the place to be on Fridays with plenty of drink offers and free snacks! It’s located in Upper Village and is a great spot to enjoy the evening sun in the luxury of the famous Fairmont.
