A Licensed Salesperson since 1978, Elizabeth has been among the Top 5 Real Estate Agents in Whistler since arriving in 1983. She has also achieved 2006 MLS Medallion Club status, forming the Top 5 percent of all Realtors in the Greater Vancouver area.
As co-founder of Sea to Sky Real Estate Ltd., Elizabeth sold her interest to her partner to concentrate on sales full time and joined The Whistler Real Estate Co. Ltd. in 1998.
Elizabeth understands the importance of initiating and maintaining contact with her clients and keeping them current and well informed in a constantly evolving Whistler market.

Team Dynamics
Lindsay Graham: Lindsay Graham has enjoyed living and working in Whistler since the winter of 1996. After having moved here for the fun and recreation it became clear that Whistler was the perfect community to begin her career in Real Estate. Inspired by high paced sales at Club Intrawest she became a Licensed Manager at a start up Rental & Strata Property Management Company. In January of 2004 Lindsay happily joined forces with Elizabeth Chaplin shifting the focus from Management to full time Real Estate Sales and Development.
Lisa Allen: With a great love for the skiing and the outdoors, Lisa moved to Whistler in 2000 and immediately knew she was home. With a strong background in all facets of real estate administration, Lisa brings her knowledge and experience to the team as an Administrative Associate. In her spare time Lisa enjoys all of Whistler’s recreational activities, rain or shine!
As a team we consistently hold, on average, 25-40 listings with varying prices. Our team approach ensures that there is at least 1 person available 7 days per week to handle enquiries regarding our listed properties and the Real Estate market in general.
