It was a brisk morning in Timber Ridge, as the sun continued to warm the tops of the trees. Everything was set for the perfect day, from the tandem bike to the playlist. The valley trail leads us as close as it gets to Function Junction where we stopped at the local breweries for a flavourful IPA or two. After that we proceeded to Alpha lake to soak up the remaining hours of the sun. Next time I’ll just need to convince someone to join my tandem bike and I.
Nothing like a Big Turk, or some 5 gum.
During the Winter I love to start my morning by preparing something in my slow cooker, like chili. Followed by an awesome day of skiing on Whistler. Ideally I’d make the last peak chair and be able to ski out through Khybers and Kadenwood back to my house for a nice hot bowl of chili and a fire.
The condominium phase 1 market of course.
With so many amazing views, lakes, and restaurants it is hard to choose. I usually like to take people golfing in the Pemberton Valley and for a burger after at Mile One. Hopefully we have time for a refreshing dip in one of the local lakes on our way home as well.
When I was young, my mom and I would always sit on the couch and watch hours of HGTV, such as Love It or List It, House Hunters International, and of course the Property Brothers. This really made it look like a fun and exciting industry to be a part of and it has been so far.
To sell someone on moving to Whistler, conveniently it is not hard to do.
My dream client is someone who is excited to share in the beauty of Whistler. Whether it is a first-time home-buyer, a vacation property, or a family looking for a change. As long as they are passionate about the idea of Whistler, I’m happy to help them reach their goals.
It has to be meeting so many new people. I have always loved running into people in the streets of Vancouver, and in Whistler that is almost a certain.
That I listen. Understanding that everyone is busy and it is important to understand from the start what they are looking for and providing a specific list of relevant properties for their whys, wants, and needs.
Give me a call and I’ll tell you 🙂
