Born in South Africa, and raised in the UK, Dylan moved to Whistler when he was 18 to enjoy the opportunities the Sea to Sky has to offer and begin building a life for himself in the best part of the world.
During his time in Whistler, Dylan has seen multiple successes in all endeavours he has undertaken. Firstly, in sales, setting a record for the highest dollar amount in a season for an individual at Whistler Blackcomb. He raced mountain bikes professionally both internationally and domestically at a competitive level. And most recently, he gained over 6 years’ experience working in the construction industry on multiple types of properties in Whistler.
With this unique experience combined and wanting to enhance his career, Dylan made the seamless transition into Real Estate. With an excellent knowledge of the building process, Whistler neighbourhoods and complexes coupled with sales expertise and the drive required to become a top tier athlete, Dylan brings a complete set of skills to every transaction.
What is the best date you’ve ever gone on in Whistler?
21 Steps in October 2012. It was the first date of many with my now fiancé Riley.
You’re in line at the grocery store, what last minute item do you grab to purchase?
Ice cream. Ben & Jerrys to be specific.
How would you spend your ideal day in Whistler?
An ideal day consists of several good cups of coffee, mountain bike rides with my dog and dinner with Riley and some friends at home or at the lake.
What’s your go-to conversation topic on the chair lift?
Most conversations revolve around how great the sea to sky is and how lucky we are to call this place home.
When friends or family come to visit, what’s the number one place you have to take them too?
Winter or summer it’s great to take them up to the Whistler Peak to experience the views and the feeling of being on top of the world. You can’t forget Sushi Village either!
What drew you to Real Estate?
Working in Real estate allows you to build and develop long lasting relationships with clients and the people I work alongside.
