What is your favourite part about being a realtor?

What I love most about being a realtor is that it’s not just about the property, it’s about people and the lives they’re building. I get to be part of big, meaningful moments and help bring clarity and confidence to what can feel like a huge decision.

What do you think is the most important quality of a realtor that you’d like to convey to your client?

I believe a great experience starts with listening. I take the time to understand what really matters to my clients, and I’m patient throughout the process. No rushing, no pressure. I make myself available when you need me, so you feel supported and confident every step of the way.

What is your favourite season and why?

It’s got to be spring. After a winter of knee high powder, the long days are calling. Bring on the vitamin D.

What is your go to place for a bite to eat?

Alpha Cafe! Great Coffee, Great staff, Great Jerry Bun and sparkling water on demand!

What accomplishment do you consider to be the most significant in your career or in your life?

It might sound cliche for a real estate agent to say this, but buying our first home in Brio was a significant accomplishment that I’m very proud of. Owning property in Whistler is a special thing that we worked hard to accomplish. To know that I have all of my favourite things to do in my favourite place on my doorstep and I never have to leave is amazing!

How would you spend your ideal day in Whistler?

My day kicks off with a call from a client: “Olly, we want to make an offer on the place we saw yesterday.” Perfect. Coffee down, contract written, offer sent. Once the paperwork’s handled, it’s time to ride. Blackcomb? Westside? How about both. Lets shred. That was a hot one, better jump in the lake. Just as the sun is disappearing, my phone rings again. Great news, the offer’s been accepted. Another good day in the Sea to Sky.
