A: Adventure! I moved from Ontario in 1982.
A: I have been a Realtor for 40 years! I took my BC real estate course again when I first arrived in Whistler. I was originally a registered real estate sales person working in Ontario, from 1978-1983.
A: Exercise, paradise, and the seasons!
A: Get in while you can!
A: Helping anyone understand what Whistler is all about, what it has done in the past, and what it might do in the future. I also get to meet people from all over the world. Previously, it was mostly people from Vancouver and Whistler, but that is changing now.
A: Summer! We came here for winter, but we all stayed for the summers, for the long hours and the weather. There is a lot to do and lots of time to do it in.
A: Working out first thing in the morning, in the office for part of the day with clients. Then finish the day with family, and somehow fit skiing in at some point in between!
A: I have two wonderful children, now 21 and 18. It was fun! We had ponies in Pemberton that kept us amused for a lot of that time. They were hear in Whistler for elementary school, but moved away for high school.
A: Finding all the perfect views across the west coast!
A: A physiotherapist – it’s what I had gone to school for. Being a psychologist would have prepared me better though!
A: My children!
A: Fresh air, a beautiful community, lots to do, the beautiful city of Vancouver close by, and an international airport to take you wherever you want to go!
