A: Prior to moving to Whistler full-time we were “weekenders”. We lived in Vancouver. Our kids were involved in ski racing and wanted to train mid-week. We moved here so that they could ski and go to school.
A: When we first moved to Whistler both my husband and I had a landscape architecture practice in Vancouver. We commuted to the City to work. After 5 years we’d spent enough time on the highway.
A: I started selling real estate in 2001. I think my previous career as a landscape architect was a good fit. I have a “good eye” for design and understand the construction and development side of real estate.
A: I love the outdoors.
A: Do it! Whistler has such a healthy lifestyle year-round.
A: Everyone is different.
A: I take my 1 1/2 year old Airedale puppy for walks – morning and afternoon and I also go on bike rides.
A: We moved here when our youngest son was still in elementary school and the older kids were in high school. The kids were always busy with ski racing. They are still really good friends with the kids they met. School-wise, they all did well, went on to university and are successful in their careers.
A: Being patient and helping my clients find the right property for them.
A: Whistler is a community that offers lots of opportunities for both an active lifestyle and arts and culture.
